Let a destination specialist at Best Connection Travel help you plan your personal travel itinerary; one that works with your time, your budget and your comfort level. We have a library of travel guides and videos you can use to help choose your stops along the way; and we are able to make recommendations, because WE’VE BEEN THERE!
Just choose the country and your trip highlights, and we’ll put it together for you. Admission to attractions, overnight accommodations and local transportation – we'll do it all!
Once you contact our office with your desired destination, an experienced agent will arrange to meet with you to discuss your travel goals. Then, if you like our agent’s enthusiasm and experience and want to continue, you’ll be asked to pay a planning and research fee, based on the complexity of your itinerary.
Then the agent gets to work! Maps and flyers, travel guides and brochures are everywhere! International phone calls, emails and faxes are made to and from the office on your behalf. Exchange rates are locked in, referrals are researched, and personal contacts renewed as we pull it all together for you.
Our end result is a neat little package that includes:
- a day to day itinerary
- vouchers for accommodations and transportation
- vouchers for planned activities and attractions
- a hotel list
- practical information about the destination itself; such as electricity, currency, gas prices and where to find the American Embassy
- a recommended packing list, if the destination or activities warrant it
