Our recommendation is the Regent Seven Seas Cruise Line which at first glance appears to be expensive compared to the mass marketed higher end cruise lines. But when you do an "apples to apples" comparison to a balcony cabin on Holland America or Princess, it is actually quite competitive. Regent's ships are all balcony and hold between 500 and 700 guests. The passsenger to crew ratio is 1.5 to 1.
